The WCM Group Limited (WCM) was established in 1998 as a Receivables Management and Business to Business loyalty program provider. Our head office is located in Melbourne.

The company is the developer and owner of the receivables management system called caprelease and the Business to Business loyalty program capreward. These programs assist the Corporate in the outsourcing of its receivables management operations and maintaining customer loyalty.

Unlike other forms of cash acceleration, the caprelease program delivers 100% of the invoiced value which is paid to the Corporate the next business day with the elimination of all non- service related bad debts. Under the caprelease program, these receivables can remain "off" balance sheet under the new International Financial Reporting Standards (A.IFRS).

The WCM Group facilitates the implementation of caprelease and manages all aspects of the program. WCM acts as the data gate keeper and conduit between the corporate client, the credit provider and the credit insurer. It is not a requirement that the credit provider funding the program has to be the company's traditional funding bank.

WCM's systems also incorporate a state of the art Business to Business (B2B) loyalty program called capreward which is designed to reward a corporate's account customer for their business. The capreward loyalty program can be customised for each corporate client's requirements. By rewarding the customer who pays on time for their business the loyalty program is able to drive sales.

caprelease and capreward can be implemented separately however WCM regards the loyalty program as important in providing the Corporate's customers with a tangible recognition for doing business and for accepting the corporate's terms and conditions, including the requirement of payment on the due date.

The main benefit of this innovative caprelease system is that it reduces or eliminates the amount of working capital required to fund receivables, while the capreward loyalty program can be successful in significantly increasing sales and creating customer awareness.
