Mr. Trevor Eastwood AM
Non Executive Chairman

Mr. Eastwood is Chairman of Wesfarmers Limited and a director of Coles Group Limited. He has been a Director and Chairman of a number of listed companies. These have included being a Director of BankWest and Qantas, and Chairman of Western Australian Newspapers Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Eastwood has held various seats on State and Federal Government Councils. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Management (USA). He is a fellow of Curtin University, Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Eastwood received the Medal of the Order of Australia in 1994.

Mr. Erich Fraunschiel
Non Executive Director

Mr. Fraunschiel is a Director of a number of listed and non-listed public companies including Woodside Petroleum Ltd, Woodside Energy Ltd, Rabobank Australia Limited, Rabo Australia Limited, West Australian Newspapers Holdings Limited, Worley Parsons Limited, and Chairman, Wesfarmers Federation Insurance Limited and Lumley General Insurance Limited.
Mr. Fraunschiel retired in October 2002 from Wesfarmers Limited after eighteen years in senior positions, the last ten of which were as Finance Director and Chief Financial officer.
Prior to Wesfarmers, Mr. Fraunschiel worked in the Oil Industry, Investment Banking and Equity Investment.

Mr. Iain D.J. Mason
Director

Mr. Mason is a Consultant to Clay Finlay Inc, New York. He has previously held positions as Principal, Clay Finlay Inc from 1996-2003 and Chief Executive of Clay Finlay (Australia) from 1991-2003.
Other Executive positions he has held include being Chief Executive, Smith New Court (Australia) from 1989-91; Chief Executive, McIntosh Securities Inc, New York 1984-89; Chief Investment Officer, International Equities, National Mutual Life 1978-84 and Partner, Astaire & Co Far East, Hong Kong 1972-78.
Mr. Mason is Founder and Director of the Women's Cancer Foundation, and Director of the Gynecological Cancer Research Centre.
He is a Member of the Baker Medical Investment Committee.
Mr. Mason is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Ken Picken
Director

Dr Picken has been the principal architect in development of the WCM Group's software programs to support its business plan and in particular, the development of the financial models that support both the caprelease and capreward programs.
Dr Picken has had a wide experience within the Veterinary profession in Victoria and in his capacity as a registered Veterinary practitioner, has been a practice owner and manager. He has also held the administrative role as Chief Executive of the AVA Victorian Division.
Dr Picken holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Bachelor of Veterinary Science Degree (Hons).
